Non-Resident Students Tuition IncentiveThe North Dakota University System (NDUS), through its affiliation with two education compacts, enables out-of-state students from the west and mid-west to enroll at any of the 11 state-supported post-secondary institutions (on a space available basis) at no more than 150 percent of the institution’s resident tuition rate. The programs are: the Western Undergraduate Exchange program (http://www.wiche.edu/sep/wue) and the Midwest Student Exchange Program (http://www.mhec.org/studentaccess_studentexchange.html). Contact the NDUS campus to which you would like to apply and request an admission application for these tuition incentive programs.
